SMD varistor ESD protection series are classified as follows:
SDV-A (0402~0805 inch) series: high capacitance (> 100pF) series, high resistance to electrical energy, suitable for Over-voltage Suppression and general ESD protection.
SDV-E (0201~0805 inch) series: smaller capacitance (15~100pF) series, suitable for ordinary ESD protection.
SDV-H (0201~0603 inch): small series capacitor (12pF) series, ESD protection for high speed signal line.
SDV-S (0201~0603 inch) series: small capacity, low DC operating voltage to meet customer specific requirements.
