The voltage of the voltage limiting device is U1mA: the voltage value of the two ends of the 1mA current flowing through the sample U1mA
The DC breakdown voltage of the switching device: the voltage applied to both ends of the tested product is increased at a rate of 100V/S until the measured component hits
Wear, or increased at a rate of 1kV/S up to the breakdown of the device. The breakdown voltage value can be saved automatically until the next measurement.
