4. Test description
The system can complete the EMS/ESD test items in EMC, and test for the Human-Body Model (HBM) and the adjacent objects (Machine Moidel, MM) when the static electricity is discharged. To evaluate the anti-interference performance of electrical and electronic devices when they are subjected to electrostatic discharge. With the increasing integration degree of semiconductor IC and the thinner gate oxide layer, the ESD discharge phenomenon is fatal for electronic products, which may lead to the damage of internal electronic circuits of components, and affect the service life of electronic products.
